Today, I\u2019m going to be reviewing the&nbsp;<strong>Swing Caddie SC100<\/strong>&nbsp;from Voice Caddie and giving my honest opinion after testing it out for myself. I\u2019ll also show you the cheapest place I could find it for sale, so continue reading.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The SC100 would be a great device for someone who goes to the range a lot, struggles with distance control, and doesn\u2019t know how far they hit each club. It\u2019ll make practice a lot more fun and that should get you out more which should improve your game.&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>However, it\u2019s probably not the best for someone who doesn\u2019t practice much or needs to fix their swing because if that\u2019s the case you probably won\u2019t see much benefit.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Even though the SC100 gave some good info, it wasn\u2019t the most accurate device and I\u2019d probably recommend the\u00a0SC200\u00a0instead. If that\u2019s all the info you were looking for then great. Knowing your carry distance is obviously the most important thing because it\u2019ll help you really dial in your distance control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All you have to do is put the device&nbsp;<strong>behind you and take a swing.&nbsp;<\/strong>It\u2019ll take a second to calculate everything and then it\u2019ll spit out your numbers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I don\u2019t see it being 100% accurate but the info could still be&nbsp;<strong>helpful<\/strong>&nbsp;and it also makes&nbsp;<strong>practice more fun.&nbsp;<\/strong>That\u2019s pretty much the reason I got it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019ve purchased both the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/outofboundsgolf.co\/best-buys\/voice-caddie-sc200\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SC200<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/outofboundsgolf.co\/training\/swing-caddie-sc300\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SC300<\/a>&nbsp;because it made practice more of a challenge and that resulted in me getting out more, which resulted in my game improving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What Does The SC100 Do?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The SC 100 basically does 2 things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first is that it&nbsp;<strong>tracks your swing<\/strong>&nbsp;speed, club speed, ball speed, and smash factor and will let you know your stats in real-time. You can use it at the range or at home hitting into a golf net. Other than your carry distance, the other stats really aren\u2019t that important. Like I said before, it turns practice into a game and you\u2019ll be able to see if you can beat your previous stats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There\u2019s no way something like this can fix a bad swing (the only thing that will is lessons or training aids) but the one thing it does do (at least for me) is it&nbsp;<strong>makes<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>practice<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>more<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>fun<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When practice is more fun you\u2019ll get out more and when you get out more&nbsp;<strong>you\u2019ll probably get better<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How Accurate Was The SC100?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I didn\u2019t expect it to be super accurate but it definitely was&nbsp;<strong>better<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>than<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>I first thought.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obviously, it\u2019s not going to be as accurate as of the $20,000 simulators but for a fraction of the price, it was pretty good. As long as the numbers were in the right ballpark, I was fine with it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In my experience, it always seemed to be within about&nbsp;<strong>5-10 yards<\/strong>&nbsp;(which I was completely fine with). The 200 has voice output, has everything on 1 screen, and is more accurate. The 300 has an app and will give your launch angle and apex data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Q. Can you use it with a practice net?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A. You can but it\u2019s always better to see the ball flight and direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Is It Worth It?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This would be a&nbsp;<strong>great device for someone who<\/strong>&nbsp;goes to the range a lot, struggles with distance control, and doesn\u2019t know how far they hit each club. It\u2019s not going to directly impact your game but I do think I\u2019ve gotten better since getting it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Overall, it\u2019s a great device that has&nbsp;<strong>helped<\/strong>&nbsp;my game (I went with the&nbsp;<strong>200<\/strong>&nbsp;and recently the&nbsp;<strong>300<\/strong>&nbsp;because it offers more).
