Today, we’re going to be reviewing the Taylormade Spider putter and I’ll be sharing my honest thoughts after testing out the club. I’ve been in the market for a new putter and the Spider was near the top of my list for ones to try. I haven’t always been the biggest fan of Taylormade clubs, so how did I like the Spider?

Long story short, I really liked the Taylormade Spider putter because it suited my putting stance pretty well. I have a bit of a bent-over stance (or arc) and I found this putter to be super comfortable. It was a lot more forgiving than some of the other putters I’ve tested and it had a soft and silent feel to it. The final thing I liked about it was the great distance control. I noticed a big improvement in my consistency which was a big plus. I’m not saying it’s perfect or anything like that because it’s not (it’s pricey and not the best alignment aid), but it’s been one of my favorites so far.

If that’s all you were looking for then great.
