It\u2019s a lot better than the VC200 because it offers more features and isn\u2019t that much more. In our opinion, it&#039;s a lot better than the previous VC200 and found it to be fairly accurate. It wasn&#039;t quite as good as the more expensive GPS distance finders but it was one of the better options in its price range. Comes ready to use with 30,000 courses preloaded!\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"lL\" style=\"max-width:100%;width:853px;margin:5px auto;\"><\/div><figcaption><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What Doesn\u2019t The VC300 Do?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The VC 300 is a fairly&nbsp;<strong>simple<\/strong>&nbsp;GPS that doesn\u2019t offer a lot of the things other more expensive units do\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first thing it doesn\u2019t do (that would really be nice) is tell you&nbsp;<strong>how far away hazards are<\/strong>&nbsp;(bunkers, etc).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The second thing it doesn\u2019t do (which isn\u2019t the biggest deal) is showing you the&nbsp;<strong>shape of the green<\/strong>&nbsp;on the actual GPS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How Accurate Was The VC300?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Since this unit doesn\u2019t have any advanced features, it better perform well with the features it has\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I was actually pretty surprised by&nbsp;<strong>how<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>accurate<\/strong>&nbsp;it was because a lot of the other \u201ccheaper\u201d units were way off and not even worth it in my opinion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It wasn\u2019t the best by any means but it was always&nbsp;<strong>within 4-5 yards<\/strong>&nbsp;of the course markers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pros<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The&nbsp;<strong>price<\/strong>&nbsp;is great.<\/li><li>It\u2019s&nbsp;<strong>accurate<\/strong>&nbsp;enough for me considering the price.<\/li><li>It\u2019ll give you all the&nbsp;<strong>basic<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>info<\/strong>&nbsp;you\u2019d need on the course.<\/li><li>Knowing your distances will really help you become more&nbsp;<strong>consistent<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cons<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>It doesn\u2019t show the distance to different&nbsp;<strong>hazards<\/strong>&nbsp;(bunkers, water, doglegs, etc).<\/li><li>It doesn\u2019t keep track of any&nbsp;<strong>stats<\/strong>&nbsp;like some of the others do (more $$ though).<\/li><li>The&nbsp;<strong>clip<\/strong>&nbsp;it came with (for your hat) wasn\u2019t the best.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Breakdown<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Performance Score: 8<\/li><li>Price Score: 9<\/li><li>Ease Of Use Score: 9<\/li><li><strong>My Personal Score: 8.5<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Frequently Asked Questions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Q. VC 200 vs VC 300?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A. The VC300 gives you the distance to the back\/front of the green and how far your shot was. The&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/outofboundsgolf.co\/voice-caddie-vc200\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">VC200<\/a>&nbsp;only gives the distance to the center of the green.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Q. How long does it take to connect to the course?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A. For us, it took about 5-6 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Q. What courses are on it?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A.
