Most of the ones out there are complete garbage if I\u2019m being honest but there have been a few that have been really helpful to my game. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Here are the best golf training aids for mid handicappers golfers 2024:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>SKLZ Gold Flex.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Tee Claw.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Putting &amp; Chipping Circles.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Speed Trap 2.0.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Pressure Putt Trainer.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>PuttOut Mirror System.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Ben Hogan\u2019s Five Lessons.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>That\u2019s just my personal opinion from experience. Most of them aren\u2019t in any particular order but my #1 pick has probably been the most helpful. It&#039;s much more effective than swinging a club and it&#039;ll condition the right muscles to generate more speed through your shot. It&#039;ll also help you improve your tempo. #6: Golf Alignment Sticks: If you&#039;re going to be doing any sort of practice you need to get yourself some alignment sticks. They&#039;re cheap and super helpful for making sure you&#039;re actually aligned to the target. I found I was always off by a bit in my alignment until I got some of these. You can also get some cheap yardsticks from Home Depot that will work. #5: Putting &amp; Chipping Circles: You need to get a set of these to go along with your alignment sticks. These are super useful for figuring out your short game and they&#039;ve made a big impact on my golf game. Your goal with a long putt or chip is to get the ball inside the 6-foot circle. #4: Top Tier Golf Pure Strike. If you struggle to hit your irons purely then this will be a great thing for you. This will make sure your swing plane is right and you&#039;re actually hitting down on the ball. It&#039;ll even help you learn how to fade and draw the ball. #3: Pressure Putt Trainer: This is one of the cooler putting trainers out there and is much more effective than hitting into a cup at home. It&#039;ll help you dial in your alignment and pace for putting because if you&#039;re off slightly it won&#039;t make it in the cup. #2: PuttOut Mirror System: This is my all-time favorite putting trainer and is what I use in conjunction with the pressure putt trainer. It&#039;ll help you align your body properly and also align the ball to the target. It also has a gate to help you start your golf ball on the right line. #1: Ben Hogan&#039;s Five Lessons: This isn&#039;t exactly a training aid but it&#039;s something you need to read if you want to improve your golf game. In the video above I talked about the standard alignment sticks but I\u2019ve started using the Tee Claw and it\u2019s much better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The targets at the range aren\u2019t always aligned properly with where you\u2019re shooting from so these are great to&nbsp;<strong>make sure you\u2019re on-line<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I always thought my alignment was right but a lot of the time it was quite a bit off and getting something like this I\u2019ve been able to shoot way more consistently. favorite<\/strong>&nbsp;putting trainer and I actually use it along with the pressure putt trainer (it makes it easier too).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The putt trainer helps with your pace but this here will work on your&nbsp;<strong>alignment<\/strong>&nbsp;(ball and feet) and also&nbsp;<strong>positioning<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It also comes with a putting gate that goes between you and the target and I found that really help with my&nbsp;<strong>accuracy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pros<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>If you struggle with&nbsp;<strong>starting your putt<\/strong>&nbsp;on-line there is no better trainer that I\u2019ve found.<\/li><li>It also acts as a&nbsp;<strong>putting<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>mirror<\/strong>&nbsp;to make sure you\u2019re square and have your eyes over the ball.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 so many&nbsp;<strong>practical<\/strong>&nbsp;things in it that I\u2019ve used to improve my game (and it\u2019s cheap).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ben Hogan believed&nbsp;<strong>any golfer<\/strong>&nbsp;with reasonable coordination&nbsp;<strong>could break 80<\/strong>&nbsp;and this book will show you how.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019d recommend the book because it has pictures but you can also get a&nbsp;<strong>free audiobook<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pros<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>It\u2019s short but&nbsp;<strong>super<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>in<\/strong>\u2013<strong>depth<\/strong>&nbsp;and easy to follow.<\/li><li>The&nbsp;<strong>grip<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>and<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>stance<\/strong>&nbsp;section was game-changing for me.<\/li><li>You can get the Kindle version for the&nbsp;<strong>price of a coffee<\/strong>&nbsp;(or free audiobook).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cons<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Not everything<\/strong>&nbsp;that worked for Ben will work for your game (but it\u2019s worth a try).<\/li><li>It\u2019s&nbsp;<strong>not going to be a quick fix<\/strong>&nbsp;because you\u2019ll
