Some of them are super simple while others will only be used occasionally. They can all come in handy though and that\u2019s why I\u2019d recommend them. My Favorite Golf Gear &amp; Equipment: https:\/\/kit.co\/obgolf The first thing is a second golf glove for your bottom hand. This can come in handy if you have sweaty hands on a hot day or if you need some extra grip on a wet morning. The second is plastic tees. I&#039;ve had the same bag of tees for over 5 years now and that definitely wouldn&#039;t be possible with standard wooden tees. Next is a permanent marker. It&#039;s always a good idea to draw a straight line on your golf ball to help with alignment on the tee and on the green. After that comes using the right balls. Don&#039;t be the guy who shoots 110 but uses Pro V1 balls. Find the right ball for your game and you&#039;ll lower scores. I like Noodle and Srixon Soft Feel for average players. You&#039;ll also want to get yourself some alignment rods. This can help you at the range or before you start your round. The more you do right before the swing the better. The next thing is the hat. I don&#039;t like wearing a hat normally but on certain days I have to. I wouldn&#039;t want to forget to bring it so that&#039;s why I always have one in my golf bag. You should also get yourself a yardage finder. Knowing the distance to the green and hazards is a simple way to lower scores by improving your distance control. You don&#039;t need anything crazy expensive and there&#039;s always the free phone apps. Those are just some of the must-have golf items everyone should keep in their bag. It\u2019s way more effective and more compact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hat<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I don\u2019t like wearing a hat if I don\u2019t have to but there are those&nbsp;<strong>certain days<\/strong>&nbsp;where you\u2019ll miss it if you don\u2019t have one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Most people wear hats but if you don\u2019t then just get one to&nbsp;<strong>throw in<\/strong>&nbsp;and forget about until you need it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Yardage Finder<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Having something to give you yardages is a&nbsp;<strong>simple way<\/strong>&nbsp;to shoot more consistent scores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doesn\u2019t matter if it\u2019s a laser rangefinder, some sort of GPS, or just a&nbsp;<strong>free app<\/strong>&nbsp;on your phone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This has&nbsp;<strong>really<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>helped<\/strong>&nbsp;my game (also bring spare battery).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sunscreen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019re anything like me and burn after being in the sun for more than&nbsp;<strong>15 minutes<\/strong>&nbsp;you\u2019ll know how important this is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I always keep a bottle of sunscreen in my bag to&nbsp;<strong>reapply<\/strong>&nbsp;throughout the round.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Chapstick<\/strong>&nbsp;is also useful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Groove Brush<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Always make sure you\u2019re cleaning the dirt out of your grooves&nbsp;<strong>every round or so<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s going to impact the performance having dirt in there and players like us need&nbsp;<strong>all the help we can get<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Your Yardage Stats<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Figure out&nbsp;<strong>how far you hit each club<\/strong>, write it on a piece of paper, and keep it in your bag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This makes picking what club to use really simple and takes the&nbsp;<strong>guesswork<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>out<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You\u2019ll be much more&nbsp;<strong>consistent<\/strong>&nbsp;with your distances with this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Towel<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Keep some sort of towel on or in your bag to wipe the&nbsp;<strong>dirt or water<\/strong>&nbsp;off your clubs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This keeps them nice and clean and&nbsp;<strong>performing<\/strong>&nbsp;well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also use it to clean your&nbsp;<strong>hands or face<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let me know your thoughts and any questions you have.
